A family business for over seventy-five years, Natapow Management Group has been one of the most respected and successful real estate development and management companies in the Monroe County area.  At its peak, the Company owned and managed nearly 3,000 apartment units and 1,500,000 square feet of commercial property.  In 2006 and 2007, much of the portfolio was sold to facilitate the retirement of the Company's two principal owners, Robert and Stephen Natapow.  As part of that plan, JM Management Group was formed by John Mesiti, CFO and COO of the Natapow organization for nearly 25 years, to acquire several real estate assets from the Natapow family.

Today, our experienced staff provides management and leasing services for JM Management Group properties, as well as for several properties owned by the Natapow family.  Integrity, quality workmanship, and dedicated around-the-clock service to our tenants are at the core of who we are.
